Market our product

Can you market our new website?

We have the full “Float My Mortgage” product available here at www.floatmymortgage.com. We require someone who is internet marketing savvy and prepared to only get paid for results. You can do this your own way – your mission is to market our new idea.

Tasks

  • Actively manage tweet distribution to Google+, Facebook and Twitter via Hootesuite. Schedule new tweets many days in advance according to a defined marketing plan that you control.
  • Increase Twitter @FloatMyMortgage followers. We would like to target 5000+ twitter users. We would like to get real organic users, not just made up spam users. We are interested in forming a community, not just a high follower count. Get paid if you achieve agreed targets.
  • Manage our WordPress blog. Get familiar with the Float My Mortgage product and create new blog entries. New blog entries should be written high level enough to get new users interested, without giving away the full product details. Post new blog entries to Google+, Facebook and Twitter via Hootesuite. Blog entries would not be paid, it would be expected to be the tweet content.
  • Expand secondary social media channels as needed (e.g. pinterest)
  • Expand company presence on company directories such as yelp and manta

Business Skills

  • Interest in or understanding of mortgages (nice to have).
  • Blogging / good ad copy (previous examples would help)

Marketing and Tech Skills

  • Twitter marketing (required)
  • WordPress blog writing and admin (required)
  • Hootsuite (required, but could be easily taught – not everyone uses it)
  • Google+ (nice to have / familiar with)
  • Facebook (nice to have / familiar with)

Getting paid

Payment would be in the form of future sales ($X per sale), or achieving targets (e.g. 5000 twitter users). This would likely only require a few hours per week. We will pay for results, but can negotiate any reasonable offer.

Final word
We encourage creativity – if you think it will work try it!
